Products - Commercial Mortgage Brokerage

CFG has programs both as a direct lender and as a mortgage broker.  Whenever possible, we attempt to use our direct lending programs.  However, if acting as a direct lender is not feasible for your situation, we can access our many other lending sources and find the right deal for you.  We will inform you, both orally in and writing, before we begin to seek outside sources.

While we cover many lending programs as mortgage brokers, CFG has a few specific financing programs that we would like to highlight which incorporate a wide variety of property types and loan sizes:

  1. Standard Program
    • Covers all asset types
    • Loans starting at $1 million, with no maximum
  1. Small Multifamily Loan Program
    • Multifamily properties only, with 5 units or more
    • Loans up to $3.5 million
  1. Small Commercial Loan Program
    • Retail, office and industrial properties only
    • Loans up to $2.5 million

  2. New York-Area Properties
    • Loans arranged with local NY-area banks
    • Covering NY, NJ, CT
    • Primarily non-recourse loans
        
  3. Non-Traditional Financing
    • HUD Mortgages
    • Hard Money
    • Bridge or Mezzanine Loans

For those transactions which could be financed through either the Standard Program or one of the Small Loan Programs, CFG will present both options to the borrower.   Which program is utilized is completely the decision of the borrower.
