We have received many calls over the years for small commercial and multifamily loans, and frankly have never been truly able to offer anything of value on these transactions.  This was particularly true for loans of less than $500,000.  However, we are now pleased to present the Express Program, which is only offered through our lending arm via Bond Street Capital, and is geared specifically for the small properties.  The loan underwriting is simple, and the costs are much lower than many other programs.  Please read below for the loan terms and feel free to contact us to discuss your transaction.

Existing, stabilized, income-producing properties.

Term:

Many different loan terms are available, from 2 to 30 years.

Amortization:

Up to 30 years, depending on the asset.

Interest Rate Options

We have both floating and fixed rate options, depending on your needs.

Prepayment Penalties:

Will vary depending on the loan term you choose, but generally will have a flat, declining penalty schedule.

Recourse:

Generally Required

Typical Closing:

30 – 45 days from receipt of full application package
