Business-Related Properties

Business-Related Property Loans are loans that are collateralized by real estate where the tenant base is either owner-occupied or a single business.  In addition, a property that is more than 51% occupied by a single tenant might qualify for these loans.  These types of properties are generally rejected by traditional permanent lenders due to the implied tenant risk of a single tenant building.   However, this program allows those hard-to-do properties to obtain financing.   In addition to owner-occupied or single-tenant professional buildings, examples of businesses that would qualify for these loans include:
